- Engage in fraud or illegal activity
- Share your account credentials
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By submitting
content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and distribute it for
App functionality.
5.2 Our Content
All App content, including software, graphics, and documentation, is
owned by RoadHub or our licensors. Your use is limited to personal,
non-commercial purposes.
6. Firebase Integration
The App uses Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. By
using the App, you agree to:
- Google's Terms of Service
- Google's Privacy Policy
- Collection and processing of data through Firebase
7. Data for Product Improvement
By using the App, you acknowledge that RoadHub may process technical
telemetry, diagnostics, and geolocation signals (where permitted) to
improve route quality, app stability, and feature reliability.
- Telemetry and crash diagnostics help improve app performance
- Geolocation powers map, route, and nearby point functionality
- You can control permissions in your device settings
7A. Driver Safety Features (Radar, Navigation, Compliance)
Radar / speed-camera alerts, navigation and driver-compliance
features are informational aids and do not replace attentive
driving or local traffic law.
-
You are responsible for obeying all applicable speed limits,
traffic signs, and local regulations at all times.
-
Data sources (POI databases, map data, work-time rules) may
contain inaccuracies or be out of date.
-
In jurisdictions where radar/speed-camera warning apps are
restricted or prohibited, you must disable the Radar feature
and comply with local law.
7B. Optional VPN (Gvard GreenLine)
The App includes an optional VPN feature (branded
Gvard GreenLine) built on Android's system
VpnService with an embedded Xray/VLESS core. The
VPN is intended to let professional drivers reach dispatcher,
fleet, and partner endpoints that may not be reachable from
certain mobile networks or countries.
-
The VPN is started only by explicit user action
and requires the Android system VPN consent dialog. It is not
enabled by default and does not start on device boot.
-
Connection profiles are provided by the user or the user's
organization. You are responsible for complying with the
acceptable-use rules of the destination network.
-
You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding
use of VPN technologies in your country of residence or
travel.
-
We do not operate a commercial VPN service and do not keep
logs of the content of tunneled traffic on our side.
7C. Foreground services and notifications
While certain features are active, the App runs Android
foreground services with a persistent notification so the
system does not suspend them: radar/GPS alerts, media-playback
of online radio, and the optional VPN tunnel. Each service is
started only by explicit user action and can be stopped from
its notification or from the corresponding screen inside the
App.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
-
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
-
We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business
interruption
-
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App
(if any)
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND:
-
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- We do not warrant fitness for a particular purpose

damages, or expenses arising from:

acceptance of modified Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if
you:

- Violate applicable laws
- Pose a risk to other users
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be
resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation
- Arbitration (if necessary)
14. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in
effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
agreement regarding the App.
16. Contact Information
17. Age Guidance
RoadHub is suitable for users aged 6+ with parent or guardian
supervision. Driving and route-operation features are intended for adults
and professional drivers.
If local law requires a higher minimum age for specific services, those
legal requirements take precedence.
